Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of eyeconic.direct and any purchase you make from us. Plain English, no traps.

Who we are: Eyeconic Direct, an online retailer of prescription-strength reading, distance, computer and photochromic glasses, shipping from the UK.

Orders: an order is accepted when we send you a confirmation. Because lenses are fitted to order, production begins quickly; see our Refund Policy for what happens if you change your mind.

Prescription reminder: our glasses are supplied in fixed prescription strengths. They are a replacement product for existing wearers, not a substitute for an eye examination. If you experience any change in vision or discomfort, see an optician.

Prices and payment: all prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. UK shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processor.

Delivery: glasses are fitted to order (2–3 working days, rimless 1–2 days longer) then shipped (4–5 working days). See our About page for full delivery timescales and seasonal notes.

Liability: nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
